Cancellation policy

Orders may be placed online at any time. Customer order reviews, messages, design confirmation, and production updates are handled Monday - Friday from 4pm to 7pm EST.

Payments are accepted at checkout before production begins. Custom sets are not started until payment and required sizing/design details are received.
