How To Order Your Custom Press-On Nails
Ordering your custom Drip Dollz set is simple. Follow the steps below so your nails can be made with the best fit, style, and details for you.
1. Choose Your Custom Set
Start by selecting your Custom Press-On Nail Set. Choose your preferred:
Nail shape
Square, coffin, almond, stiletto, flare, lipstick, or other available shapes.
Nail length
Short, medium, long, or XL.
Design level
Choose the option that best matches your vision, from simple and clean to detailed and extra.
2. Upload Your Required Photos
To help Drip Dollz create the best custom fit, please upload your sizing photos exactly like the reference images shown.
You will need 4 sizing photos total:
1. Left Hand Photo
Upload a clear photo of your left hand with your four fingers showing.
Your fingers should be laying flat and straight on a clean surface. Place a quarter beside your fingers for size reference. Take the photo from directly above using a straight angle.
2. Left Thumb Photo
Upload a separate close-up photo of your left thumb with the quarter beside it.
Your thumb should be laying flat on a clean surface. Take the photo from directly above so the nail and quarter are both clear.
3. Right Hand Photo
Upload a clear photo of your right hand with your four fingers showing.
Your fingers should be laying flat and straight on a clean surface. Place a quarter beside your fingers for size reference. Take the photo from directly above using a straight angle.
4. Right Thumb Photo
Upload a separate close-up photo of your right thumb with the quarter beside it.
Your thumb should be laying flat on a clean surface. Take the photo from directly above so the nail and quarter are both clear.
Photo Requirements
For the best sizing review, please make sure:
Your hand is flat.
Your fingers are straight and relaxed.
The photo is taken from directly above.
The background is clean and clear.
The quarter is visible in the photo.
The nails are not blurry or covered.
The camera is not angled or tilted.
The photo is not zoomed in too close.
Thumbs must be photographed separately because thumb sizing can fit differently from the rest of the nails.
Inspo + Design Details
Upload your inspo photo and use the notes box to explain your colors, theme, length, shape, charms, rhinestones, decals, names, or any extra requests.
3. Add Your Design Notes
Use the notes box to tell me exactly what you want.
You can include:
Colors
Names or letters
Charms
Rhinestones
Decals or photo nails
Design changes
Anything you do or do not want included
The more details you give, the easier it is to bring your set to life.
4. Checkout
Payment is required before production begins. Custom sets are not started until payment and all required photos/details are received.
5. Order Review
Custom order reviews, messages, and order management are handled:
Monday–Friday, 4 PM–7 PM EST
Orders can be placed online anytime, but messages and custom details are reviewed during order review hours.
6. Production Begins
Once your order, photos, sizing details, and design notes are reviewed, your custom set will move into production.
Each Drip Dollz set is handmade with care, so processing time may vary depending on design level, details, and current order volume.
